A boxed Gem

Mr. de Grave is an iconic modelbuilder in the Netherlands. He published for decades in our national modelling periodical "De Modelbouwer". He is known for his tools, crafty methodes and working modells. He has been building all of his life, and this (estimate) 48th scale scratchbuild model was photographed in 1986 on the 10 year anniversary of the Twenot, our national armour modeling club. It must have been much older, and members remember his models being nicely boxed in little cabinets. If the model stil exist is not known. He passed away a couple of years ago, living way into his 80's.
