Every time I dive into a subject, puzzling all info I have together to answer my questions, I end up with more questions. All I found is in this website, so anything you don't find here, I would gladly add.
Panzer tracts 22-3 answered most questions on the wheels. The article of Ludovic Fortin in the Tank & Military Vehicles periodical 8-2012 of oct-nov added some extra facts.
Remaining question:
How many sWS where employed and produced in Czechoslovakia?
